Brad Starkey

Bradley Starkey was born and raised in Rushville, IN. He grew up working for his family’s construction company until he graduated from Purdue University in 2011 with a degree in Selling and Sales Management. Brad joined TIS as a broker in 2020 in the Employee Benefits Division.
