Your dedicated Claims Advocate will help guide you through the processes of filing a claim.
Call your TIS Claim Advocate or Agent to report your claim and provide all necessary information.
Once your Claim Advocate reports, a claim number, and adjuster will be assigned.
Once the claim is assigned, please expect a call from your assigned adjuster from the carrier.
Should you have any questions or concerns on your claim, your Claim Advocate is available to assist you.
Once your claim has been closed, you will receive a confirmation notice from the carrier.
