• We will provide to you, upon request, the amount of compensation we receive from all sources as a result of handling your account.
• We will provide to you, upon request, copies of any Contingency Agreement which we are a party to with any insurance carrier providing coverage to you.

On May 19, 1945, L.F. Hurley and Norman Thomas formed Tennessee Insurance Service, Inc. in Knoxville, Tennessee to, in their own words, “conduct general insurance agency business.”

Over the years, our name has changed to TIS Insurance Services, Inc. and risk management in today's world is far more sophisticated than it was in 1945. As a result, our strategies have evolved, and we have continually expanded our areas of expertise. However, we still believe today what we believed then: that we succeed by helping our clients succeed.
